LINE FOR SLITTING METAL SHEETS WITH THICKNESS 3,0mm

In response to inquiry, we present a complete line for slitting metal sheets with thickness up to 3,0 mm.

The machine consists of the following modules:

• Hydraulic decoiler with hold fast arm (pressure) for coils up to 12 ton;
• Coil car for loading coils;
• Crocodile – hydraulic device which helps to introduce metal sheet;
• A module introducing the sheet;

          Option: film applicator;

• Pinch rolls – 2 sets;
• Disc-knives for thickness to 3,0 mm – 5 sets;
• Waste recoiler up to 30 mm of strips from both sides;
• Recoiler with pneumatic brake and stripes separator;
• A coil car for unloading cut sheets;
• Control panel with PLC and 10" touch-screen for automatic visualization technological process. The possibility of full control of the work process line;

          Option: 12” touch-screen;
